Statutory resolution for the Future North development plan is planned for the end of 2021

From today's perspective, construction work along Erzbergerstrasse can be expected to begin at the end of 2022 after the development has been completed. After completion of the development plan procedure at the end of 2021, the subsequent development will require a period of 6-9 months. However, construction of the first building sites with purely residential development is not expected to begin before 2023.
